Livestock Risk Protection sets a price floor under feeder cattle, fed cattle or hogs: if the market's ending value falls below the coverage price you pick, the policy pays the difference. Premium is per cwt; the subsidy is the policy's by coverage level (95%+ 35% · 90%+ 40% · 85%+ 45% · 80%+ 50% · 70%+ 55%).
